So what is cool about My Alarm Clock?. Well, this alarm clock plays music (MIDI files) at the time you want. You can use it for the same reason you use your normal alarm clock but this one is for your PC. If you work a lot on your PC, you definitely need My Alarm Clock. You can also use it to listen to MIDI files as well.

My Alarm Clock can be yours too. Here is a snapshot of it:

You can easily configure it. Just select the day, time and the midi file to play then click on the button "ON / SET" to set it and the clock will set quietly in the system tray until the time comes, it should play the midi file you selected.

You can test the midi files by clicking on the play button. Several midi files come with the program and you can add more midi files of your choice by placing them in the MIDIS folder found in the My Alarm Clock directory... or, you can use the Import Clips feature incorporated in the software to download MIDI clips from ArabiaTarab.com. To use this feature, click on Import Clips from the Clock menu. This window will show:

Enter the clip name you want to download and click on Download. The clip will be transferred from ArabiaTarab.com to your PC. When done, you can see the clip in the midis list. You should visit the MIDIS PAGE to know the clips name.

NOTE: My Alarm Clock will work behind a screen saver but if you are going to use My Alarm Clock to wake you up, then you should know that My Alarm Clock was not designed to wake your PC up. In other words, make sure your PC is ON and does NOT go into the standby mode nor the hard disk goes off. To disable those functions, go to the Control Panel, click on the Power Management icon and set the following:

Power schemes: Always On
System standby: Never
Turn off monitor: Never
Turn off hard disks: Never

If you would like My Alarm Clock to start whenever you start your PC, do the following:
- From Windows, Click on Start, Programs
- Move the mouse pointer to My Alarm Clock and then to it's icon (the green clock icon)
- Right click with the mouse pointer and click on COPY
- Bring the mouse pointer to the StartUp shortcut.
- Right click with the mouse pointer and click on PASTE
